NHS Framework Compliance

Our compliance follows the NHS Employment Check Standards and we are required to ensure that all our candidates are compliant to these standards. These employment check standards are embedded within the National Agency Framework Agreements and regular audit checks are carried out to ensure that Staffing Professional's candidates meet the required criteria.

We have been awarded a platinum score for our most recent HealthTrust Europe audit, we aim to keep our standards high ready for the next audit.

Compliance

The information below will give you a comprehensive overview of what to expect during the application process and what you will be required to provide on joining.

You will be invited to have a clinical interview with another professional of the same speciality as yourself. If you have been successful in your interview you will then be asked to complete your compliance.

• NMC/HCPC Statement of Entry

• Speciality specific certificates (ITU Course...)
 
PROOF OF ID AND RIGHT TO WORK
• Passport (scanned in office)
• 2 x proof of address (eg Utility bill, bank statement, ect..)
• Proof of National Insurance # (NI card, or payslip)
• Passport sized photograph
• DBS Disclosure + DBS Update Service
 
Immunisations & Vaccinations (UK test results)
• Hepatitis B Titre levels
• Varicella
• Tuberculosis
• Measles
• Rubella 
EPP (Scrub, A&E and Midwives)
• Hepatitis B Surface Antigen

 Your file will be made compliant by our dedicated team, we aim to have all the necessary documents on file within 3 weeks.

Once your file is deemed compliant you will receive your uniform and ID badge and also you will be given the opportunity to give your availability for shifts so that you can start working from the next day.
