Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert nursing care to paediatric patients in the PICU.
Monitor patients' conditions closely and intervene as necessary to ensure their stability and well-being.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Support and educate patients' families on their child's condition and treatment plan.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
