Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Yeovil District Hospital. The successful candidate will work full-time night shifts, providing high-quality care and support to patients. This role requires expertise in Home Treatment Teams (HTT) or Psychiatric Liaison Teams (PLT) and involves conducting comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessments. The role demands a high level of independence and strong clinical skills, ensuring the delivery of thorough and compassionate care during night hours.
Requirements
Professional Qualification: Must possess a relevant qualification, such as RMN, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
Experience: Previous experience in Home Treatment Teams (HTT) or Psychiatric Liaison Teams (PLT) is essential.
Skills:
Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform Biopsychosocial assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, particularly during night shifts.
Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, including weekends as required.
