As we continue to expand, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bank Theatre Surgical First Assistant to join our dynamic Theatre department in Solihull. This flexible bank role offers competitive rates and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of surgeries, making each day a unique experience.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide surgical first assistance for a variety of Consultant-led surgeries.
- Deliver exemplary patient care and participate in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre.
- Be open to learning new surgical procedures and techniques under expert supervision.

Requirements
Who We're Looking for:
- Surgical First Assistant/Advanced Scrub Practitioner qualification in perioperative practice.
- Registered Nurse or Operating Departmental Practitioner with no restrictions.
- Valid NMC or HCPC registration.
- Highly motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
