Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and decision-making processes across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with finance teams at Barts and Oxford Hospitals to ensure robust financial management and provide expert guidance to key stakeholders. This role demands strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to drive financial performance and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with finance teams at both hospitals to deliver expert financial support.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Analyse and interpret financial performance, offering actionable recommendations.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and best practices.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in finance business partnering or a similar position.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
A proactive approach to working collaboratively across multiple sites.
Flexibility and willingness to travel between Barts Hospital, Oxford Hospital, and the Head Office in London.
Advanced skills in financial systems and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
