As a Locum ITU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, often requiring advanced life support and continuous monitoring. You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a multidisciplinary team to stabilise and improve patient outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver expert, compassionate care to adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
✅ Use and maintain specialist equipment such as ventilators, infusion devices, and haemodynamic monitors
✅ Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or deteriorating patients
✅ Administer medications, manage IV lines, and monitor treatment responses
✅ Liaise with consultants, doctors, and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans
✅ Maintain clear and accurate clinical records in line with NHS protocols
✅ Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families
