The Role

Working Monday to Friday during office hours, you will play a key role in supporting Consultants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of outpatient clinics, including breast and skin services.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients
- Assisting Consultants during clinical procedures (including day surgery, injections, examinations, and chaperoning)
- Preparing and supporting Consultant-led clinics and MDT meetings
- Carrying out and recording patient observations
- Providing wound care under Consultant and Registered Nurse guidance
- Acting as the initial contact for surgical patients pre- and post-operatively
- Delivering phlebotomy services as required
- Maintaining emergency equipment and clinical stock levels
- Completing nursing audits and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Monitoring prescriptions and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting administrative duties such as booking scans and preparing clinic documentation
- Ensuring compliance with infection control, clinical waste disposal, and safeguarding procedures
- Maintaining CPD requirements and attending mandatory training

- £36,000 per annum
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
